Common use of Company Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Company Authorizations. Each material consent, license, permit, grant or other authorization (a) pursuant to which the Company and its Subsidiaries currently operate or hold any interest in any of their respective properties, or (b) that is required for the operation of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ business as currently conducted or the holding of any such interest (collectively, the “Company Authorizations”) has been issued or granted to the Company and its Subsidiaries. The Company Authorizations are in full force and effect and constitute all Company Authorizations required to permit the Company and its Subsidiaries to lawfully operate or conduct their business as currently conducted or hold any interest in their respective properties or assets.
