Company Common Stock Value. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Company shall have no obligation pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Demerger Agreement to indemnify or pay any Prudential Group Company in respect of any losses, Costs, damages or expenses suffered or arising directly or indirectly from or in consequence of any claims relating to the value of the Company’s Common Stock.
