Company Compensation Plans. Except as otherwise provided herein, all compensation provided to the Executive pursuant to Section 4 shall be in accordance with the Company’s and Company Affiliates’ compensation plans and policies. For purposes of this Agreement, “Company Affiliate” means any entity controlled by, in control of, or under common control with, AFG, including without limitation, AAC and its other direct and indirect subsidiaries.
