Common use of Company Continuation Clause in Contracts

Company Continuation. The Company shall not be dissolved by the death, Withdrawal, retirement or incapacity of a Manager, provided the business of the Company is continued by a remaining or successor Manager pursuant to a right to do so stated in the Operating Agreement, which right is hereby granted.
