Company Continues Upon Death of the Member. Upon the death of the Member, the death of the Member shall be treated as an immediate Transfer of all of the Member’s Interest to a Successor. The Successor shall immediately thereupon and without further action become a Member with all rights, powers and privileges associated herewith, and the Company shall be continued.
