Common use of Company-Created Materials Clause in Contracts

Company-Created Materials. All material that may be furnished to the Executive, together with literature, rate schedules, customer lists, forms, filing systems and any other property, documents or other materials furnished or made available by the Company to the Executive, shall be and remain the property of the Company, and shall be returned by the Executive to the Company upon any termination or nonrenewal of employment or at any time upon demand.
