Common use of Company Creations Clause in Contracts

Company Creations. Grantee agrees to and does hereby assign, convey, and transfer to the Company all Company Creations during the term of Grantee’s employment with the Company. The Company will have the full right to seek and procure copyrights on the Company Creations, and Grantee will cooperate fully, at the expense of the Company, in securing copyrights and in any legal actions and proceedings concerning the Company Creations.
