Common use of Company Debt Liability Clause in Contracts

Company Debt Liability. Except as may be separately agreed, a Member will not be personally liable for any debts or losses of the Company beyond its respective Capital Contributions and any obligation of the Member under this Agreement to make Capital Contributions, except as provided in Section 3.4 herein or as otherwise required by law.
