Company Entitled to Certain Rent Abatements if Bond Paid Prior to Maturity. If at any time the Bond shall cease to be Outstanding, under circumstances not resulting in termination of the Lease Term, and if the Company is not at the time otherwise in default hereunder, the Company shall be entitled to use the Project from the date such Bond is no longer Outstanding to, and including the end of, the Lease Term, with no obligation to make payments of Basic Rent specified in Section 5.3(a) hereof during that interval (but otherwise on the terms and conditions hereof).
