Common use of Company Indemnitees Clause in Contracts

Company Indemnitees. “Company Indemnitees” shall mean the following Persons: (a) Company; (b) Company’s current affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses “(a)” and “(b)” above, including the Signing Noteholders and Carve-Out Recipients; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses “(a)”, “(b)” and “(c)” above.

Company Indemnitees. “Company Indemnitees” shall mean the following Persons: (a) Company; (b) Company’s current affiliates; (c) the Selling Stockholders and the Carve-Out Recipients; (d) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses “(a),” and “(b)” and “(c)” above, including the Signing Noteholders and Carve-Out Recipients; and (de) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses “(a)”, “(b),” and “(c)” and “(d)” above.
