Common use of Company IT Assets Clause in Contracts

Company IT Assets. “Company IT Assets” shall mean computers, computer software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned any Acquired Corporation or licensed or leased to any Acquired Corporation pursuant to written agreement (excluding any public networks).

Company IT Assets. “Company IT Assets” shall mean Assets means software, systems, servers, computers, computer softwarehardware, firmware, middleware, serversnetworks, workstationsdata communications lines, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned any Acquired Corporation documentation, in each case, used or licensed or leased to any Acquired Corporation pursuant to written agreement (excluding any public networks)held for use in the operation of the EFT Business.
