Common use of Company IT Systems Clause in Contracts

Company IT Systems. “Company IT Systems” shall mean all information technology and computer systems (including Company Service Software, information technology and telecommunication hardware and other equipment) relating to the transmission, storage, maintenance, organization, presentation, generation, processing or analysis of data or information, whether or not in electronic format, used in or necessary to the conduct of the business of the Acquired Corporations.

Company IT Systems. “Company IT Systems” shall mean computers, computer software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, databases, data communications lines, network and telecommunications equipment and all other information technology equipment, infrastructure, systems and computer systems networks, and all associated documentation owned any Acquired Corporation or licensed or leased to any Acquired Corporation (including Company Service Software, information technology and telecommunication hardware and other equipment) relating to the transmission, storage, maintenance, organization, presentation, generation, processing or analysis of data or information, whether or not in electronic format, used in or necessary to the conduct of the business of the Acquired Corporationsexcluding any public networks).

Company IT Systems. “(a) For purposes of this Agreement, "Company IT Systems” shall mean all " means the information technology and computer systems (communications technologies used by the Company and its Subsidiaries, including Company Service Softwarehardware, information technology proprietary and telecommunication hardware third party software, networks, peripherals and other equipment) relating to the transmission, storage, maintenance, organization, presentation, generation, processing or analysis of data or information, whether or not in electronic format, used in or necessary to the conduct of the business of the Acquired Corporationsassociated documentation.
