Common use of Company Licensed Marks Clause in Contracts

Company Licensed Marks. Company or its Affiliates is the owner of the Company Licensed Marks, and Company has the right, power and authority to license to Bank and authorized designees the use of the Company Licensed Marks in connection with the Program, and the use of the Company Licensed Marks by said licensees in a manner approved (or deemed approved) by Company shall not (i) violate any Applicable Law or (ii) infringe upon the right(s) of any third party, in either case to an extent that would reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect.
