The Company hereby consents, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, to the use of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing; provided that such logos are used in a manner that is not intended to disparage the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ reputation or goodwill.
