Common use of Company Logos Clause in Contracts

Company Logos. The Company hereby consents, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, to the use of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing; provided that such logos are used in a manner that is not intended to disparage the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ reputation or goodwill.

Company Logos. The Company hereby consents, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, consents to the use of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ logos solely in connection with the Debt FinancingBuyer’s debt financing; provided that such logos are used solely in a manner that (A) does not violate any existing contractual obligation of any Group Company, (B) is not intended to to, nor reasonably likely to, harm or disparage the any Group Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ , their reputation or goodwillgoodwill and (C) is in connection with a description of the Company or a Company Subsidiary, their business or the Merger.
