Common use of Company Opportunity Clause in Contracts

Company Opportunity. During the term of my employment, I shall submit to the Board all business, commercial and investment opportunities or offers presented to me or of which I become aware which relate to the business of the Company at any time during such term (“Company Opportunities”). Unless approved in advance in writing by the Board, I shall not accept or pursue, directly or indirectly, any Company Opportunities on my own behalf.
