Company Option to Purchase Units. Upon a Trigger Event, the Company will have the ongoing option to purchase all of the Units and all or part (as decided by the Company) other equity rights of the Member subject to the Trigger Event, and upon exercise of this option, the Member (or any holder of Units that is not a Member) or the Member’s legal representative shall sell all or part (as decided by the Company) of the Units on the terms provided below. “Trigger Event” means any one or more of the following events:
