Company Ownership. I hereby assign all right, title and interest in and to all of my Subject Ideas and Inventions, including but not limited to all registrable and patent rights which may subsist therein, to the Company. All Subject Ideas and Inventions shall be considered works made for hire. I shall take all actions deemed necessary by the Company to protect the Company's rights therein.
