Company Patent Support. Company agrees to execute all papers and provide requested assistance, at Contractor’s request and expense, during and subsequent to its work at Contractor, to enable Contractor or its nominees to obtain patents, copyrights, and legal protection for Joint Intellectual Property in any country.
