Common use of Company Products Clause in Contracts

Company Products. Section 3.18(d) of the Disclosure Schedule lists (i) all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use or purchase during the past five years, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary made available for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) above.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d4.12(a) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a true, correct and complete list of all products and services developed (i) all Company Products that including products and services not yet made generally available by the Company or any Subsidiary has of its Subsidiaries but for which development is in progress), made available for commercial use commercially available, marketed, distributed, licensed out or purchase during the past five years, including any product sold by or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date on behalf of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary made available for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) aboveof its Subsidiaries since its inception.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d3.11(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule lists (i) all Company Products that accurately identifies and describes as of the Company date of this Agreement each product currently being marketed or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use or purchase during sold by the past five yearsCompany, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that any versions previously developed or distributed by the Company and any associated software tools developed or any Subsidiary made available distributed by the Company for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause therewith (i) above“Company Products”).

Company Products. Section 3.18(d3.11(a) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a true, correct and complete list (by name and version number) of (i) all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary has made available of its Subsidiaries have manufactured, sold, offered for commercial use sale, or purchase during distributed in the past five yearslast 36 months; and (ii) all Company Products that Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following as of the date of this Agreement, and plans to manufacture, sell, offer for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release datesale, and (ii) to distribute, make commercially available, or otherwise dispose of in the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary made available for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) abovenext 12 months.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d3.13(a) of the Disclosure Schedule lists (i) contains a true, correct and complete list of all Company Products Products, by name and version number (if any), that the Company are currently being distributed, offered, made available, used, or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use supported, or purchase during the past five years, including any product or service are currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that which the Company or any Subsidiary made plans to make generally available for commercial use or purchase before within the time period set forth in clause next six (i6) abovemonths.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d5.01(k)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a complete and accurate list (iby name and version number) of all Company Products that products, software or service offerings of the Company (collectively, the "Company Products") that have been sold, distributed or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use otherwise disposed of in the two (2) year period preceding the date hereof or purchase during which the past five yearsCompany currently intends to sell, distribute or otherwise dispose of in the future, including any product products, Software or service currently offerings under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary made available for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) abovedevelopment.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d5.01(k)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a complete and accurate list (iby name and version number) of all Company Products that products, software or service offerings of the Company (collectively, the "Company Products") that have been sold, distributed or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use or purchase during otherwise disposed of in the past five yearsone-year period preceding the date hereof, including any product material products, software or service offerings currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that the Company or any Subsidiary made available for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) abovedevelopment.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d2.9(c) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule lists sets forth a list (iby name and version number) of all Company Products that products, software or service offerings of the Company or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use of its Subsidiaries (collectively, “Company Products”) that are currently being sold, distributed, provided or purchase during the past five yearsotherwise disposed of, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that which the Company or any Subsidiary made of its Subsidiaries currently supports or is obligated to support or maintain, or any products or services under development which the Company intends to make commercially available for commercial use or purchase before within 12 months of the time period set forth in clause (i) abovedate hereof.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d2.7(b) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a complete and accurate list (by name and version number) of (i) all Company Products that the Company or any Company Subsidiary has made available for commercial use licensed, distributed or purchase during the past five yearssold since January 1, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release date, 2008; and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products currently under development that the Company or any Company Subsidiary made available for commercial use plans to license, sell, distribute, make commercially available, provide or purchase before otherwise dispose of in the time period set forth in clause one (i1) aboveyear following the Agreement Date.

Company Products. Section 3.18(d‎Section 2.8(a) of the Disclosure Schedule lists contains a complete and accurate list (iby name and version number) of all Company Products that products and service offerings, including all Software, of the Company or any Subsidiary has made available for commercial use of its Subsidiaries that are currently being sold, licensed, distributed or purchase during otherwise disposed of, or used in connection with service offerings, as applicable (collectively, the past five years, including any product or service currently under development and scheduled for commercial release within 90 days following the date of this Agreement“Company Products”), and identifies, for each such Company Product identifying planned approximate release dateProduct, and (ii) to the Company’s Knowledge, all Company Products that whether the Company or any Subsidiary made available of its Subsidiaries provides support or maintenance for commercial use or purchase before the time period set forth in clause (i) abovesuch Company Product.
