Common use of Company Property Sole Source Clause in Contracts

Company Property Sole Source. Company property is the sole source for the payment of any debts or liabilities owed by the Company. Any return of Capital Contributions or liquidation amounts to the Members will be satisfied only to the extent that the Company has adequate assets. If the Company does not have adequate assets to return the Capital Contributions, the Members will not have any recourse against the Company or any other Members, except to the extent that other Members may have outstanding debts or obligations owing to the Company.
