Company Provided Office. The Company will provide the Union with an office space and facilities at either Edmonton or Calgary for the exclusive use of the Local Unit Chairperson or authorized Union officers and representatives. The Company will provide filing cabinets, desk, chairs, a phone line, and a secure high speed internet connection for the non-private use of the Union in this office. The Company will provide a locking five drawer file cabinet for the use of the Union in either Calgary or Edmonton (at Unions discretion) facility along with a code for non- private wireless internet.
