COMPANY shall have the unrestricted right to publish or otherwise disclose the results and data obtained by the practice of the SELEXIS Technology in accordance with the terms hereof, provided, however, that such publication or disclosure does not include any Confidential Information of SELEXIS. The name of SELEXIS shall be given proper recognition in such publication(s) as scientifically appropriate.
