Common use of Company Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Company Security Documents. All of the obligations of the Company under the Transaction Documents to or for the benefit of the Purchasers (or their agents and representatives) shall be secured by the following items (collectively, the "Company Debenture Collateral"), each of which, except for Permitted Liens, shall be (i) junior and subordinate to the lien granted to Wxxxxx pursuant to the Wxxxxx Term Loans, and (ii) senior and superior to those liens granted to the investors in the Existing Debentures, all as more specifically set forth in the Subordination Agreement:
