Company Share Repurchase Option. Any time following the occurrence of the termination of Holder’s employment with or engagement by any of the Related Entities for any reason, the Company shall, at the discretion of the Board, have the right (but not the obligation) to repurchase any or all of the Shares held by Holder pursuant to Section 4 of the Deed of Undertaking.
