The "Company Sites" clause defines the physical or virtual locations owned, leased, or operated by the company that are relevant to the agreement. This clause typically specifies which premises are included, such as offices, warehouses, or online platforms, and may outline the rights and responsibilities of parties regarding access, use, or maintenance of these sites. Its core function is to clearly identify the locations covered by the contract, thereby preventing disputes over which sites are subject to the agreement’s terms.
Company Sites. Systems support will be delivered to the Company’s sites and for the systems indicated on the relevant Order Confirmation (respectively, “Company Sites” and “Covered Systems”). Company will give Sun at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to relocating Covered Systems, which notice must specify the new site. Support of relocated systems is subject to local availability and may be subject to additional fees, and to inspection and recertification of the relocated systems at Sun’s applicable time and materials rates.
Company Sites. Company agrees to market and promote the ------------- Production Services on the Company Sites. Such marketing and promotion will include, without limitation:
(i) inclusion of one or more electronic order forms on the Company Sites permitting Sales Agents to submit orders for Production Services to Jutvision via the Internet and Intranet; and
(ii) where deemed appropriate by Company, inclusion of text promoting Jutvision as an approved vendor and a display of the Jutvision logo on the Intranet, located above the fold (i.e., visible to an end user without scrolling or navigation on a 640 by 480 pixel page), that, when clicked on, links directly to an HTML page containing an electronic order form permitting Sales Agents to submit orders for Production Services to Jutvision via the Internet and Intranet.
Company Sites. Unless otherwise agreed by ESN in writing, Company shall own and control each Company Site and each Webpage on which the EduSearch Results are displayed and will not authorize or permit the display of EduSearch Results on any Webpage not owned and controlled by Company. ESN shall not be required to pay Company with respect to any Leads originated from any site or webpage that is not owned and controlled by Company.
Company Sites. If Provider Personnel are to provide the Services from a Company Site as set forth in the applicable SOW, such Company Sites and the space at such Company Sites shall be made available to Provider on an “as is, where is” basis. Provider shall be responsible for providing all other space and facilities. Provider and all Provider Personnel shall not perform any services other than for Company from or while at a Company Site, nor shall Provider or any Provider Personnel use any assets or resources located at a Company Site and to provide services to Company.
Company Sites. Company agrees to prominently market and promote the ------------- ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ branded Production Services on the Company Sites. Such marketing and promotion will include ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ approved electronic order forms permitting Company's customers to submit orders for Production Services to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ via the Internet. Additionally, Company shall display ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s logo on a prominent page within each Company Site and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Hosted Sites to display ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s logo as well. Such logo, when clicked on, will link directly to an electronic order form permitting Company's customers to submit orders for Production Services to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ via the Internet. Company shall display the words "▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Approved Web Pro" prominently on the Company Sites.
