Company Subsidiaries, Affiliates and Divisions. For purposes of this Agreement, references to “subsidiaries,” “affiliates” or “divisions” of the Company shall mean and include those entities or persons publicly identified by the Company to a subsidiary, affiliate or division of the Company and such other entities or persons actually known by the Executive to be a subsidiary, affiliate or division of the Company.
