For purposes of this Agreement, references to “subsidiaries,” “affiliates” or “divisions” of the Company shall mean and include those entities or persons publicly identified by the Company to a subsidiary, affiliate or division of the Company and such other entities or persons actually known by the Executive to be a subsidiary, affiliate or division of the Company.
