Company Tax Returns. The Managers shall cause the necessary tax returns and information returns for the Company to be prepared. Each Member shall provide such information, if any, as may be needed by the Company for purposes of preparing such tax returns and information returns. The Managers shall deliver to each Member such information required by such Member to enable such Member to prepare and file its United States federal and state income tax returns reflecting the operations of the Company.
