COMPANY Termination of Agreement. In addition to the right of the Covered Entity to terminate the provision of Resources pursuant to Section 11.02, the COMPANY may terminate this Agreement in its entirety, including, as a consequence of such termination, the termination of all Resources then being provided to a Spill Event, at any time by providing MSRC with at least sixty (60) days written notice.
