Company To Deliver Collateral to Trustee. In case the Trustee shall rightfully demand possession of any of the Collateral under Section 4.08, the Company will, at its own expense, forthwith and in the usual manner and at usual speed, cause such Collateral to be drawn to such point or points as shall reasonably be designated by the Trustee and will there deliver or cause to be delivered the same to the Trustee; or, at the option of the Trustee, the Trustee may keep such Collateral, at the expense of the Company, on any lines of railroad or premises approved by the Trustee until the Trustee shall have leased, sold or otherwise disposed of the same. The performance of the foregoing covenant is of the essence of this Agreement and upon application to any court having jurisdiction in the premises, the Trustee shall be entitled to a decree against the Company requiring the specific performance thereof.
