Company to Furnish Trustee Information as to Names and Addresses of Securityholders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee for the Securities of each Series a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Registered Securities of each Series: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after each record date for the payment of interest on such Securities, as hereinabove specified, as of such record date and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.3 for non-interest bearing securities in each year, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request such list to be as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished, provided that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Security registrar for such Series, such list shall not be required to be furnished but in any event the Company shall be required to furnish such information concerning the Holders of Coupon Securities and Unregistered Securities which is known to it; provided, further, that the Company shall have no obligation to investigate any matter relating to any Holder of an Unregistered Security or any Holder of a Coupon.
