Company to Furnish Trustee Information as to Names and Addresses of Securityholders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Securities of each series: (a) semi-annually and not more than fifteen days after each record date for the payment of interest on such Securities, as herein above specified, as of such record date and on dates to be determined in each year pursuant to Section 2.4 for non-interest bearing Securities and Securities on which interest is paid less frequently than semiannually, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Company of any such request as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished, provided that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Security Registrar for such series, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
