Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) semi-annually, on or before June 30 and December 31 of each year, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the delivery thereof, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the time such list is furnished, in each case to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Company and has not otherwise been received by the Trustee in its capacity as Securities Registrar.

The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) semi-annually, on or before June 30 and December 31 of each yearUpon any change in Holder, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the delivery thereof, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the time such list is furnished, in each case to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Company and has not otherwise been received by the Trustee in its capacity as Securities Registrar.

Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) semi-annually, on or before June 30 and December 31 of not more than 10 days after each yearRegular Record Date, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the delivery thereof, such Regular Record Date; and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within thirty (30) 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content to that in subsection (a) hereof as of a date not more than fifteen (15) 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, in each case to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Company however, that if and has not otherwise been received by so long as the Trustee in its capacity as Securities shall be the Security Registrar, no such list need be furnished.

Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: , (a) semi-annually, on or before June 30 and December 31 of not more than 15 days after each yearRegular Record Date, a list, in such form as the such Trustee may reasonably require, containing all the information in the possession or control of the Company or any of its Paying Agents other than such Trustee as to the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the delivery thereofsuch dates, and and (b) at such other times as the such Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than fifteen (15) 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished, in each case to the extent excluding from any such information is in the possession or control of the Company list names and has not otherwise been addresses received by the such Trustee in its capacity as Securities Security Registrar, if so acting.

The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a1) semi-annuallysemiannually, on or before June not later than March 31 and September 30 and December 31 of in each year, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of each series as of a date not more than fifteen (the preceding March 16 or September 15) days prior to , as the delivery thereofcase may be, and (b2) at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within thirty (30) 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than fifteen (15) 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished, in each case to the extent ; EXCLUDING from any such information is in the possession or control of the Company list names and has not otherwise been addresses received by the Trustee in its capacity as Securities Security Registrar.
