The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (1a) semi-annually, not later than 15 days after the Regular Record Date June 30 and December 31 in each year, a list for each respective series of Securities, or if there is no Regular Record Date for such series of Securities, semi-annually on January 1 and July 1, a listseries, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities, including the aggregate principal amount of the Securities held by each Holder thereof, of each such series as of such datethe preceding June 15 or December 15, as the case may be, and (2b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided provided, that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee if and so long as the Trustee is acting as shall be the Security RegistrarRegistrar for such series, such lists shall not be required to be furnished.
