Company to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Disbursements. If the Company shall default under any of the provisions of this Participation Agreement and the Authority or the Trustee or both shall employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due under this Participation Agreement or the Note or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Company contained in this Participation Agreement, the Company will on demand therefor reimburse the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable disbursements so incurred.
