Company to Provide Interim Financial Statements. Unless otherwise prohibited by the Securities Act, the Exchange Act or other applicable laws, should they be prepared by or become available to the Company prior to the First Closing Date and each applicable Option Closing Date, the Company will promptly furnish the Underwriters, a copy of any unaudited interim financial statements of the Company for any period subsequent to the period covered by the most recent financial statements appearing in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
