Company to Provide Interim Financial Statements. Prior to the First Closing Date and each applicable Option Closing Date, the Company will furnish the Underwriters, as soon as they have been prepared by or are available to the Company, a copy of any unaudited interim financial statements of the Company for any period subsequent to the period covered by the most recent financial statements appearing in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, provided that such requirement shall be deemed satisfied if the Company has furnished or filed such unaudited interim financial statements on a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K or other report filed by the Company with the Commission.
