Company Transactions. 14.1 If the Purchaser, purchases the Property as a representative of a company to be formed, then in the event of such company not being formed and adopting this Agreement within 7 (seven) days hereof, the Purchaser shall be bound personally by this Agreement. 14.2 Upon formation of the company the Purchaser shall be bound jointly and severally by this Agreement as surety and co- principal debtor with the company.
