Company’s Clients. The “Company's Clients” shall be deemed to be any persons, partnerships, companies, professional associations or other organizations for or with whom the Company or Cure, prior to the Mergers, has performed Business Activities, including, but not limited to, suppliers or vendors with whom the Company or Cure, prior to the Mergers, has done or is endeavoring to do business.
