COMPANY'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Company shall at all times be free to comply with any and all laws, regulations and rulings pertaining to the matters covered hereby, and such compliance by the Company shall be deemed performance and not violation hereof.
