Company’s exercise of the AsiaSat Voting Rights. 7.3.1 Where the wishes expressed by the ‘X’ Shareholders and ‘Y’ Shareholders pursuant to Clause 7.2 in respect of a particular resolution are the same, the Company shall exercise its AsiaSat Voting Rights in its entirety in relation to such resolution in accordance with the common wish of the ‘X’ Shareholders and ‘Y’ Shareholders.
