In furtherance thereof, as soon as practicable but in no event later than sixty (60) days following the Closing Date, the Seller shall remove, strike over or otherwise obliterate all NAC Marks from all assets and other materials owned by the Seller, including any vehicles, business cards, schedules, stationery, packaging materials, displays, signs, promotional materials, manuals, forms, websites, email, computer software and other materials and systems. Any use by the Seller of any of the NAC Marks as permitted in this Section 6.11 shall be consistent with past practice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller shall be permitted to use the name NAC in any announcements or other descriptions of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or in Tax Returns, filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, other filings with Governmental Authorities, and in historical documents and books and records maintained by the Seller in the ordinary course of its business.
