Company’s Obligation to Effect Registration. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to effect the registration of any securities that are not Registrable Securities.

Company’s Obligation to Effect Registration. Immediately following the date hereof, the Company shall commence the preparation of and file as promptly thereafter as practicable, a registration statement on Form S-3 (or such other form as the Holders or their counsel may reasonably require) so as to permit the resale by such Holders of all Registrable Securities pursuant to such registration statement and, in any event, the Company shall use its best efforts to effect the registration under the Securities Act of all the Registrable Securities by June 1, 2000.
