Company's Purchase of Bonds. If the amount received by the Trustee for the purchase of Bonds tendered pursuant to Section 4.06(a) not sufficient to pay the purchase price of such Bonds on the date when due, the Company shall pay the amount of such deficiency to the Trustee for application in accordance with Section 4.07(b).
