Company’s Representative. Company shall designate by written notice to Contractor a representative who shall act as a single point of contact with Contractor in all matters relating to the Work (“Company’s Representative”). Company’s Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of Company for all purposes in connection with this Contract.
