Company’s Rights Not Prejudiced. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any payments or distributions of Shares, Stock Options or Other Benefits of any nature which Company makes to Executive shall be without prejudice to Company’s rights to assert any claims that Company has or may have against Executive.
