COMPANY'S TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE. If the Company terminates the Executive's employment without Cause, it shall notify the Executive of its decision and state that the termination is without Cause. The effective date of the Executive's termination shall be the date on which he receives the Company's notice or such later date as specified in the notice.
