Company's Written Statement. Not later than thirty-five (35) Days after the issuance of a PUC order approving this Agreement, Company shall provide Seller with a copy of such order together with a written statement as to whether the conditions set forth in Section 29.20(a) (PUC Approval Order) have been met and the order constitutes a PUC Approval Order. If Company's written statement declares that the conditions set forth in Section 29.20(a) (PUC Approval Order) have been satisfied, the date of the issuance of the PUC Approval Order shall be the "PUC Approval Order Date". Non-appealable PUC Approval Order Date.
