Common use of COMPASS’ Default Clause in Contracts

COMPASS’ Default. If COMPASS defaults by failing to substantially perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall give written notice to COMPASS setting forth the nature of the default and requesting cure within ten (10) calendar days from the date of notice. If COMPASS fails to cure within ten (10) calendar days from the date of notice, the CONTRACTOR may give notice to COMPASS of immediate termination.
