COMPENSATION (2015). In the event that any provision of this Agreement is in conflict with applicable law or is contrary to the funding authorized by the Legislature, then the applicable law or funding limitations shall govern to the extent inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. The parties agree that if additional Cost of Living Increase Adjustment (COLA) monies are made available during the term of the contract, they will re-open the compensation article. Fifteen (15) years but less than twenty (20) years: their appropriate range and step plus $.55/hour. Twenty (20) years but less than twenty-five (25) years: their appropriate range and step plus $.75/hour. Twenty-five (25) years or more: their appropriate range and step plus $1.00/hour.
