Compensation Allowable Sample Clauses
The 'Compensation Allowable' clause defines the types and limits of payments or reimbursements that a party is entitled to under a contract. It typically outlines which costs, expenses, or damages are eligible for compensation, such as direct costs incurred during performance or specific losses resulting from contract changes. By clearly specifying what compensation is permitted, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment and ensures both parties understand their financial rights and obligations.
