Common use of Compensation and Allocation of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Allocation of Expenses. (a) The Company shall compensate the Administrator for its services rendered to each Series pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the fees set forth in Schedule B hereto. Such fees do not include out-of-pocket disbursements of the Administrator, for which the Administrator shall be entitled to bxxx and be reimbursed separately. Out-of-pocket disbursements shall include, but shall not be limited to, the items specified in Schedule B hereto. Fees shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each month.
